Get to know the Clebre Method

A personal system for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep and breathing disorders

For whom?

The Clebre Method is for everyone who has problems with sleeping and breathing during sleep. If you snore or have apnea, do not underestimate this problem.

Breathing disorders during sleep lead to hypoxia of the body and, consequently, cause or aggravate numerous diseases. If you have hypertension, arrhythmias, diabetes, ischemic heart disease, and snoring, you must be interested in this problem.

If you feel sleepy despite sleeping 7-8 hours, contact us. Improving sleep quality is possible, but it takes some work and often the help of a specialist or team of specialists.

What is the Clebre Method?

Treating snoring and apnea is a marathon, not a sprint. Systematic measurements and monitoring of treatment progress are vital in this process. This is what the Clebre Method makes possible.

Improving sleep quality and breathing during sleep is possible for everyone, but it always requires an individual plan.

The Clebre Method gives you the time necessary to perform appropriate diagnostics, plan treatment and conduct it.

We will prepare a treatment plan covering up to 12 months. During this time, you remain under the care of a team that watches over the treatment process.

Why 12 months and not two visits to the doctor? Treatment of sleep and breathing disorders during sleep usually requires a combination of interventions. Even if your problem can be solved with a simple procedure or CPAP therapy is necessary, you will benefit from the Clebre Method. If you are left alone with CPAP therapy, there is a perfect chance that you will stop treatment. Moreover, even if you use CPAP, additional procedures can improve the quality of your sleep and breathing.

If you are after the procedure, you may still snore and have apnea. This happens and may also require additional treatments.

First step

Please complete the survey below if you are unsure whether to start diagnosing and treating your sleep and breathing during sleep. We will contact you!

If you know you snore or have been told you have apnea, please get in touch with us. If you have already had a night examination, a treatment that was supposed to cure snoring or apnea, or if you use a CPAP machine and want to improve the quality of your sleep further – sign up for a consultation.

The first step is an hour-long visit to a doctor specializing in sleep breathing disorders, a thorough medical history, and a complete ENT examination, preceded by a minimum two-night sleep study at home (even if you have had a sleep study before). During the visit, we will also perform an endoscopic assessment of the upper respiratory tract to assess any possible disorders in their patency accurately.

We can suggest further steps and present a treatment plan on this basis.

Clebre treatment plan

The Clebre treatment plan will be presented to you after completing the diagnostic stage.

Depending on the severity of breathing disorders during sleep and what causes of these disorders we have diagnosed – we adapt an individual treatment plan to them. In some cases, treatment may be based only on joint work on weight reduction or speech therapy exercises (so-called myofunctional therapy), in others, on surgical treatment or using a CPAP or intraoral device. Many patients require two or more interventions to achieve optimal treatment outcomes. During the treatment, there is constant contact with the Clebre coordinator.
