He founded Noctuai in 2012 (former Semantive), a company specializing in big data and cloud development. Under this role, he was awarded of Deloitte Technology Fast 50 2019 Central Europe as the CEO of Noctuai (1st place in Poland, 14th in Europe). In 2021 he transformed Noctuai’s mission to let machines see to support humans whenever visual perception is necessary. He is focusing now with Noctuai on automating video surveillance and inspection.
He has 18 years of experience with IT industry. Formerly he worked as a developer, business analyst, and IT architect for telecoms and banks. Maciej, as an entrepreneur, successfully obtained over 4 million euros in grants for developing his companies.

He is a member of the European Sleep Research Society, the International Surgical Sleep Society, and the Polish Sleep Research Society. In cooperation with, e.g., Stanford Hospital and Clinics and the University of Cincinnati, he carried out scientific research on the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea in children and adults. In 2013, he founded the Healthy Sleep Foundation, which raises awareness of the importance of healthy sleep and the dangers of nighttime breathing disorders. He is a co-creator of the Clebre project, which enables a personalized approach to diagnose and treating sleep-disordered breathing.
In my work, I rely on multi-disciplinary education and experience. I am a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw (Dental Department of the 1st Faculty of Medicine 1991-1996). In 1999, I obtained first-degree specialization in dental surgery, and in 2005 in maxillofacial surgery as a graduate of the Faculty of General Medicine of the Medical University of Warsaw. I worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at the Medical University of Warsaw, and in 2010 I defended my doctorate. My knowledge is complemented by domestic and foreign courses and participation in numerous congresses devoted to maxillofacial surgery, where I can share my experience with specialists from all over the world.
Every day I work with patients suffering from various facial deformities. They have not only medical problems, but often also problems with self-acceptance. By treating my patients, I can not only significantly improve their appearance and health, but also give them self-confidence and thus a better start in the future, without fears and complexes.

He started his career in IT in the early 2000s. He started as a networking technician for a CATV company, but soon fell in love with software development. During the years of his career he was working on many projects in fields like e-commerce, industry, social networks, banking, healthcare. He mainly works for startups from Poland and abroad. During many years of work in software development he gained a lot of experience in many programming languages, mainly for the JVM environment. Krzysztof is also a trainer and teaches people how to program in Java on software development bootcamps. He loves to keep things simple. He does not like to overcomplicate things, and always tries to find the simplest, most elegant solution. He oversees all software development processes. In his free time he likes to ride horses, travel around the world to eat foreign foods and scale modelling.

During the pandemic, was the Co-founder and Manager of a network of COVID-19 vaccination and testing sites. Project manager with extensive experience in project management supported by international certificates (IPMA C and Prince 2 Foundation). For 20 years, he has been helping project teams implement research and investment projects in various sectors (medicine, IT, energy industry, critical machines, aviation, security, and public administration).
She received an award from the Commission of Honors of Belgium in the form of the Order of Invention for implementing a research project related to the aging of fuels. She has prepared many analyses, expert opinions, reports, strategies, and development plans, mainly commissioned by the public sector, but also by the private sector in the form of market research to decide on the implementation of the project (demand analysis) or the advisability of implementing the research results. She monitored and evaluated individual projects, activities, and entire programs involving European funds. She has conducted many training courses on preparing, evaluating, and implementing projects involving European funds addressed to employees of provincial and municipal governments, the Intermediate Body, and the Fiscal Control Office.
It obtained nearly PLN 500 million in subsidies by preparing business plans and feasibility studies for the private and public sectors (including critical projects).
